Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen area, lounge area, shower room, WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds OR king-size bed, cot), WC. Electric heating (extra charge), free firewood. Optional cleaning at end of stay (extra charge). Unfenced garden (800 sq.m.). Only 1 pet allowed. If desired, you can rent a cabin (with bed) in addition to chalet (50€/week). Circular above-ground swimming pool (3.90x70m), open early June to late September. Countryside setting with stunning views of the Morvan. 20km from motorway, near Vézelay (cultural visits, vineyards) and Avallon. Ideal location for enjoying all the Morvan has to offer: swimming & other water sports in lakes, fishing in river Cure (Category 1), tours of Châteaux of Bazoches and Chastellux. GR13 long distance footpath nearby, other hiking/riding trails. Observe wild and domestic animals in surroundings. Leisure centre (mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, pot-holing) 10km.
