Electric heating (the cost of electricity consumption is shared half and half between the owner and the tenant with a minimum charge of 10€ per week by the owner), wood stove (1/3 stere offered, after 25 €/half stere). The internet connection is by fibre optic since 14 December 2022. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay in supplement. Awning, Terrace with garden furniture. On the edge of the GR13 on its 800 m² of unfenced land, this gîte has a very pleasant view of the preserved nature of the Morvan Regional Park and is at the start of many hiking trails. Water sports activities on the Settons and Pannecière lakes, fishing possible (according to legislation). Close to Château-Chinon, Bibracte, Anost, and 30 mn drive from Autun and Saulieu.
