Traditional home with a shared yard in front of the house and a private garden at the back. Ground floor: living room, large kitche/dining room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom (bath with a shower attachment and hand basin). First floor: children's playroom, 1 large bedroom (2 single beds and 1 cot), 2 bedrooms (each equipped with 2 single beds). Highchair and additional cot available on request. This house is located near Château-Chinon, with its Costume Museum and President Mitterand Museum. It is right in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park with its lakes, forests, and hiking trails. On the property you'll be able to enjoy fishing on the 7 ha lake. There is a bus stop at just 350m from the house which takes you to the nearest train station.
