Some say it has "a little Irish air", others call it "little Canada"... Lac de St-Agnan, located in the Nièvre region on the border with the Yonne and Côte d'Or departments, has a wild aspect that lends itself to fishing (second category for fish) and daydreaming.
It stretches over 150 hectares of outstanding countryside, combining forests and large meadows reminiscent of Ireland. You're in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, where you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including canoeing, paddling and horse-riding.
You can also walk around the lake: this discovery trail has 2 loops, one of which is 750m long on stilts, accessible to pushchairs and people with reduced mobility: the Domaine des Grands Prés.
