The Cure river rises at an altitude of 725 m, about 9.5 km upstream from the Settons lake and its dam, in the Bois de Cure. 112 km long with an average flow of 16.20m3/s, this river is not lacking in pep! Winding its way under canopies of foliage or between wild gorges, the Cure has a torrent-like life as it flows through the Morvan. The bucolic charm of this landscape is appreciated by all.
