This detached holiday home is a beautiful, characteristic country house with private pool and spacious garden in Saint-Leger-de-Fougeret, in the south of the Morvan National Park.
From the terrace, you have a majestic, uninterrupted view of the green hills of the Morvan. The enclosed garden (3000m2) faces south and offers not only total privacy but also plenty of space for activities: in addition to the pool, there is a huge trampoline, a boules pitch, a swing and a basketball net. Pets are welcome on request.
The house is ideal for large parties and several families. If you enjoy walking or cycling, simply open the garden gate and follow the most beautiful walking and cycling routes through the beautiful rolling countryside.
This idyllic house in the Nièvre département comprises a main house and an annexe. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with a large fireplace. Television with Dutch channels, CD player and DVD player are available. Wifi is available in the house and garden, including by the pool ;-)
2021 kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 ovens (45 and 100 litres) and various kitchen appliances. Toilets (renewed in spring 2024). On the ground floor there are 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with washbasin and shower (renovated in February 2023) and one with washbasin and bidet. There is also a cellar with an additional fridge. In the garage are garden chairs, sun loungers, pool toys and children's games. Upstairs is a bathroom with bath, large shower and washbasin (renewed in February 2023). A second WC (renovated in spring 2024). Two very large bedrooms (fully renovated in spring 2024), one of which also serves as a children's playroom: bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (cot available). Bedroom with 2 double beds. An additional bathroom with shower and toilet has also been available since spring 2024. Work/bedroom with large double bed. Central heating in all rooms.
The total surface area is approximately 300 m2.
In the annex is a separate chalet with living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. In the attic is a spacious room with billiards, table tennis, darts and table football, TV, DVD and audio system. In total, around 200 m2.

The 12 m x 6 m swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace and an outdoor shower with hot water. The pool is maintained and cleaned by the caretaker. All you have to do is enjoy!
