Detached house in a small Morvan village with a partly enclosed garden, arbour and orchard. On the raised ground floor, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and wood stove, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and direct access to a small terrace, and the other with 2 beds 90x190; a shower room (large shower) and a separate toilet.

The gîte du Verger is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park. It is in a very peaceful area with many tourist sites (Bibracte and Mont Beuvray, Sources de l'Yonne, Glux-en-Glenne, massif du Haut-Folin). The area is ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and fishermen. The Nivernais canal, the Settons lake, the Pannecière lake will seduce young and old.
