In a quiet hamlet in the heart of the Morvan regional nature park, come and stay in this detached house with partially enclosed garden, garage for bikes and motorbikes, and lovely, uninterrupted views.

Entrance to the gîte via the veranda or garage, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV; separate fitted kitchen with everything you need; bedroom with double bed (140x190); separate toilet and shower room (shower), heated towel rail and washing machine.

This accommodation accepts up to 2 pets at a cost of €10/night/pet.

Everything else is included: bed linen with beds made up on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning.

For heating/electricity: you may be billed for any excess consumption. Similarly, end-of-stay cleaning is included, provided you leave the gîte in a satisfactory condition.

Several lakes are nearby, in particular Lac des Settons, which offers water sports activities; the municipal swimming pool in Saulieu, numerous hiking trails around the house, the museum of nannies and children from the public assistance system in Alligny-en-Morvan; regional markets, the Auxois animal park 30km away, etc.
