Domaine de Gravillot - Gîte de groupe

Whether you want to get together with family or friends, Domaine de Gravillot is an ideal place where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy the countryside while being only 1 km from the town centre. The Domaine de Gravillot is composed of two gîtes that can communicate with each other to accommodate up to 14 people: - A gîte for 2 to 4 people composed of a living room with a clic clac, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a washing machine, separate toilets. The accommodation also has a large terrace of about 50 m² with a breathtaking view of the Bazois. - A gîte for 10 people consisting of a ground floor comprising a living room with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (with Italian shower) and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 4 single beds, a spacious living room (with a convertible bed for 2 people), a mezzanine, a shower room and WC. The accommodation also has a large terrace overlooking the Bazois and garden furniture for 16 people. Nearby leisure activities: lakes of the Morvan (Settons: 23 km, Pannecière: 6 km ...), the Yonne river nearby, canal du Nivernais (24 km), hiking, mountain biking, museums (1.5 km), Bibracte site (24 km), hiking trails. 70-80 km away: Burgundy wine route. Sheets are provided and cleaning is included. An extra charge for heating can be requested according to the period. The rates are as follows : High season (July-August) for 1 week: 1165 € + tourist tax Mid season (May, June-September and small holidays) for 1 week: 818 € + tourist tax Low season for 1 week: 620 € + tourist tax Week-end rate: 409 € + tourist tax.
