Parking on the pavement in front of the gîte or opposite on the other side of the road.ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (espresso machine, kitchen scales), living room with sitting area, TV, micro-channel, wifi, board games and books. Lovely open views. Upstairs, 2 large en-suite bedrooms (with folding screen), each with a choice of 1 x 180x200 bed or 2 x 90x200 beds, plus an office area for teleworking.Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, bath, potty and bottle warmer.

Via the kitchen, access to the cellar where you'll find the washing machine, tumble dryer, electric barbecue/plancha and access to the small back courtyard.Ideal starting point for discovering the Morvan and its many nature activities.

For your convenience, your host accepts late arrivals.

Options and charges:All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made on arrival (according to the configuration you will have defined with the owner before your arrival, i.e. 2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180x200); towels provided as well as household linen. Heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption). End-of-stay cleaning included (provided the gîte is left in a satisfactory state). The deposit of €300, payable by cheque, is refundable within a week of departure.
