This flat is located in the centre of Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, a town on the banks of the Loire at the crossroads of several vineyards.
It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with a sofa and armchair. Each bedroom has a double bed, a dressing area (or wardrobe) and a desk. Bathroom with toilet, washing machine and double washbasin.

We have taken great care to ensure that you arrive in a carefully prepared home, and have provided a wide range of facilities to make your arrival as stress-free as possible.
A key box allows you to arrive on your own and at the time you wish, but if you would like to be met by a host, we will be delighted to welcome you in person.

A welcome booklet has been produced to give you the best possible introduction to the accommodation. It contains all the features and facilities, the house rules and the various activities and visits to be made in the region to guide you during your stay.

The accommodation is located in the centre of the town, 150m from all amenities (café, tabac, bakery, grocery shop, pharmacy, cinema, etc.) and 300m on foot from the banks of the Loire.
