Fishing in the Morvan
The Morvan: the perfect destination for fishing!
On our lakes or in our rivers, you're bound to find your spot in Morvan Sommets et Grands Lacs. Fishing is permitted in the six Morvan lakes, all of which are classified as category 2. There are also some beautiful rivers waiting to be explored.

Fishing in the Morvan lakes
There are 4 large lakes in the Morvan, easily accessible to pike-perch, perch and carp anglers. In order of surface area, the lakes of Pannecière, Settons, Chaumeçon and St Agnan have their own special features.
All located within a radius of around fifteen kilometres, it's easy to move from one to the other and change the landscape.

The Morvan is a white-water paradise!
This is the ideal place to fish for trout or grayling in the white waters of rivers and streams such as the Yonne, the Cousin, the Cure and the Chalaux.
