4 good reasons to visit Bibracte

1 - Making history speak

2,000 years ago, this Gallic town, capital of the Eduen people, dominated the Morvan from the heights of Mont Beuvray. This oppidum, visited by Vercingetorix and also by Caesar, was home to up to 10,000 inhabitants at its peak. Today, Bibracte is one of the largest archaeological sites from the late Gallic period. Every summer, archaeologists from all over Europe excavate this incredible site.
