Chalet "Les Moulins" Lac de pannecière

The Chalet "Les Moulins", made entirely of local wood, is located in the Morvan Regional Park on the edge of the Pannecière lake. Warm and elegant, this chalet on 2 levels combines natural materials
The staircase is made of hundred-year-old oak. The combination of these materials has created a cosy, practical and functional atmosphere.

On the ground floor, a large main room with a living room on one side and a kitchen on the other side open to the dining room with direct access to the terrace of 38 m² with a breathtaking view of the Lake of Pannecière. A bedroom, a bathroom and a suspended toilet with hand basin.
The living room is equipped with a home cinema, a sofa, two armchairs and two poufs. The dining room can accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a classic coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a raclette set.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160*200), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, an Italian shower, a vanity unit, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
The terrace of 38 m² is equipped with a summer kitchen with gas barbecue and gas hob, a breakfast area with teak furniture, view on the Lake of Pannecière.

The first floor is served by a mezzanine overlooking the kitchen and dining room, a double bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140*190, two wardrobe spaces and a chest of drawers.
The mezzanine room is equipped with two single beds of 80*200, a night table and a chest of drawers.
The mezzanine is equipped with two single beds of 90*190 and two chests of drawers, a desk with computer, a large closed wardrobe. Games and books are available.
A baby bed with bars, a high chair and a changing table are available on request.
The site is composed of several levels. The first one has a parking lot for 2 cars and an enclosed and secured live tank for our friends the fishermen. The second is an orchard. Then another level has a third parking space. Finally, on the last level is the chalet and a naturally fed, enclosed and secure pond that can vary in level throughout the year. The back of the chalet offers a view on the forest.
