Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed, kitchen area (electric vitroceramic cooker + oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer combination, various electrical appliances, Sanséo coffee machine, TV), bedroom with 90cm bunk beds, bathroom/WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140cm bedding and 1 WC + washbasin on the mezzanine.
Covered terrace. Unenclosed grounds of 600 m² with hedges.

Just a stone's throw from Lac des Settons, this chalet is ideally located for exploring the whole of the Morvan's great lakes. Starting with the most famous: Lac des Settons, with its extensive tourist and leisure facilities and amenities, where you can go rowing, water-skiing, windsurfing or swimming on the many Blue Flag beaches.

The calm waters are perfect for swimming and fishing, but this is also white-water country for rafting and kayaking. If it's roaming that appeals to you, there are plenty of hiking, mountain biking and even horse-riding trails to explore these wild, unspoilt landscapes.

All you have to do is close your eyes and listen out for the sound of the wind in the trees, far from the pollution and urban fury, and you'll be sure to take back with you a big bowl of fresh air and memories to share.
