Going back to the source, a walk through time: for over 2,000 years, man has successively exploited and then abandoned the site of Mont Préneley and the sources of the Yonne. Along the way, discover these traces of the past in the landscape. After crossing the peat bog on a wooden pontoon bridge, you will immerse yourself in the majestic beech forest. Then you'll reach the source of the Yonne, which will reveal itself beneath your feet.
A signpost, reminiscent of a dowser, will guide your steps. Along the way, silhouettes symbolise the trail's main themes: the peat bog, springs, timber floating, the forest, etc.
