Bruno Guyard has been a farmer for nearly 30 years at the Ferme Du Grand Ouche. He feeds them with cereals that he produces on the farm using sustainable agriculture.
His pigs take the time to grow, so they are slaughtered at an age and weight that guarantees quality meat.
His charcuterie is a peasant charcuterie as our ancestors used to do without colouring, preservatives or nitrite salt.
He is in the process of converting to organic farming and hopes to obtain the label within two years. His pigs do not receive any antibiotics and he no longer uses pesticides and chemical fertilisers on the land that feeds them.
